- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week + 1 in 2 Saturdays
- Salary: Up to £35,000
Key Responsibilities for the Senior Aftersales Advisor:
- Mentor and guide the Service Advisor team to consistently achieve high customer satisfaction levels
- Offer hands-on assistance and expert advice to colleagues when required
- Take ownership of escalated customer concerns, ensuring swift and effective resolution
- Oversee the daily workshop diary through RTC, maximising efficiency and turnaround times
- Manage the issue and return of courtesy vehicles to customers
- Set clear objectives, monitor results, and provide feedback to maintain team performance
- Uphold company standards, policies, and aftersales procedures at all times
- Proven background in a dealership aftersales environment is essential
- Strong ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team
- Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills
- A valid UK driving licence is essential
- Knowledge of 1link, Kerridge, and RTC systems advantageous (training available)
