Location: Cambridge
Basic Salary: £38,842 + Excellent Bonus Scheme
Hours: Mon–Fri 8am–6pm, Saturday mornings on rota

The Role This is a hands-off role where you’ll be focused on:

  • Driving Technician performance and productivity
  • Championing and embedding EVHC best practice across the workshop
  • Ensuring smooth workflow, maximising efficiency, and maintaining exceptional standards of service
  • Working closely with Service Advisors and Management to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction
About You
  • Previous experience as a Workshop Controller, Senior Technician, or Master Technician
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support your team
  • A focus on performance, process, and delivering results
  • Passion for the automotive industry, ideally with experience in a prestige environment
