Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers and workshop staff with parts queries
  • Maintain stock levels and ensure accuracy of parts ordering
  • Deliver excellent customer service at the parts counter and over the phone
  • Support the smooth and efficient running of the parts department
  • Build strong relationships with both colleagues and customers
About You:
  • Previous Parts Advisor experience is essential 
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Organised, proactive, and able to work as part of a team
  • Good IT skills and knowledge of dealer management systems
