Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and sell automotive parts and accessories efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service to both trade and retail clients
- Maintain accurate parts stock levels and order parts as needed
- Assist other departments with parts-related requirements
- Ensure prompt and professional handling of customer enquiries
- Previous parts experience within the motor trade is mandatory
- Solid knowledge of automotive parts and accessories
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Attention to detail and good organisational skills
- Familiarity with dealership management systems
- Knowledge of vehicle repair and service processes
- Experience working in a fast-paced retail environment
- Relevant automotive or parts-related qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the UK
