Key Responsibilities of the Vehicle Technician:
- Carry out vehicle health checks using advanced diagnostic technology
- Conduct servicing and repairs in line with manufacturer and company standards
- Complete warranty and repair work efficiently and accurately
- Road test vehicles to ensure all issues are resolved to a high standard
- Maintain thorough and accurate service documentation
- Ensure all work complies with safety and quality requirements
- Qualified to NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent)
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic in a dealership or independent garage
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- MOT licence preferred (desirable but not essential)
- Diagnostic, MOT, and EV experience advantageous
- A proactive attitude with a commitment to delivering quality workmanship
