- Salary: £27,000 – £28,800 basic (depending on experience) + £5,000 OTE
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 6:00pm (45 hours per week)

We’re looking for a Motorcycle Aftersales Advisor to join a friendly and passionate team, supporting customers with parts, service bookings, and aftersales enquiries. Whether you’re experienced in the motor trade or just looking to break into the industry, this role offers great training, development, and progression opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle parts enquiries from retail customers and the workshop, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Process orders, check availability, and manage stock effectively.
- Advise customers on accessories, pricing, and lead times to support sales and service opportunities.
- Keep customers informed throughout the order and service process, ensuring a smooth experience.
- Support the service function by managing communication and updates during service work.
- Prepare service invoices and clearly explain charges upon collection.
- Deliver outstanding customer service at every stage of the aftersales journey.
- Confident and professional communicator — face-to-face, by phone, and email.
- Genuine enthusiasm for motorcycles with good technical awareness.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing, service, or parts role is advantageous.
- Well-organised and detail-focused, able to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Friendly, approachable, and committed to providing excellent customer care.
- Keen to learn, grow, and develop within a fast-paced environment.
