We’re seeking an exceptional General Sales Manager to lead a thriving sales operation — driving performance, inspiring your team, and ensuring every customer enjoys an outstanding experience. As General Sales Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the Sales Department — overseeing a talented and motivated team including:
  • Sales Executives and Trainees
  • Business Managers
  • Used Car Manager
  • Sales Support Team
This is a fast-paced, high-energy role where your leadership, commercial insight, and passion for results will make a direct impact on performance and profitability.

You’ll be responsible for:
  • Achieving and exceeding sales, profit, and F&I targets
  • Coaching, developing, and motivating a high-performing team
  • Managing budgets, stock levels, and showroom operations efficiently
  • Delivering a seamless customer journey that reflects the quality of the brand
  • Working closely with senior management to deliver strategic business objectives
