Panel Beater Needed in Accrington:

  • Working Hours: Monday – Friday (Flexible hours)
  • Salary: Up to £56,000 basic + OTE £60,000+
Our client, a well-established accident repair group, is seeking an experienced Panel Beater to join their team at their state-of-the-art facility in Accrington. Key Responsibilities for the Panel Beater:
  • Replace and repair damaged or compromised vehicle panels to manufacturer standards.
  • Carry out chassis and framework repairs efficiently and accurately.
  • Assess vehicle damage and select appropriate repair methods.
  • Conduct bumper and door repairs as required.
  • Ensure all work meets internal and third-party quality standards.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues to maintain a safe, efficient workflow.
What We’re Looking For in a Panel Beater:
  • NVQ Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Panel Technology (or equivalent).
  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Panel Beater within a bodyshop or accident repair environment.
  • Strong technical skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
  • Full UK driving licence.
