Service Advisor required, in Nuneaton:
  • Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum (DOE)
  • Hours: 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Our client is looking for a dedicated Service Advisor to join their team in Nuneaton. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and wants to play a key responsibility in the smooth running of a busy workshop.

As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for managing the customer service journey from booking to completion. You will work closely with the workshop team to ensure all service and repair work is scheduled efficiently, parts are available, and customers are kept fully informed throughout the process.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Booking in vehicles and scheduling appointments in line with workshop capacity.
  • Producing accurate job cards, estimates, invoices, and warranty documentation.
  • Updating customers regularly on repair progress and gaining approval for additional work.
  • Identifying customer requirements and providing accurate, fully inclusive costings.
  • Liaising with the Parts Department to ensure availability of required parts.
  • Maximising aftersales opportunities through service contracts and other products.
About You:
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing position within a dealership or garage.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Commercially minded with the ability to identify and maximise aftersales opportunities.
  • Organised, proactive, and confident using workshop management and CRM systems.
