What You’ll Do:
- Conduct technical diagnostics, inspections, repairs, and servicing on commercial vehicles to ensure the highest quality standards.
- Meet and exceed productivity targets while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Uphold manufacturer and company quality standards, ensuring full compliance with health and safety protocols.
- Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge through manufacturer training and continuous self-development.
- Support vehicle health check processes with precision and attention to detail.
- Relevant formal qualification (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in vehicle technology).
- Experience in inspection, repair, and servicing of commercial vehicles.
- Full UK driver’s licence.
- Strong diagnostic and technical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- MOT Tester qualification (training can be provided).
- Previous experience working in a franchised dealership.
- Knowledge of commercial vehicle systems and diagnostic tools.
- City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle or Commercial Vehicle Maintenance.
- Proven experience in a similar role within a busy dealership environment.
- Full UK driver’s licence.
- Willingness to undertake manufacturer-specific training.
- Commitment to delivering high standards of work and customer service.
- Guaranteed minimum earnings of £40,000 per annum for the first three months.
- Earning potential: £42,000 – £58,000 annually based on performance.
- Basic salary: £33,900.00
