Required Skills:
- Previous experience within a dealership service department, ideally in a supervisory or senior role
- Good organisational skills with the ability to assist in daily operations
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to address customer issues professionally
- Familiarity with dealership DMS systems and processes
- Full UK manual driving licence with minimal points
- Experience working within a franchise main dealer environment
- Knowledge of automotive parts, service, and workshop processes
- Ability to support team training and development activities
- Understanding of financial KPIs and reporting
- Previous experience in an automotive service role with some supervisory responsibilities
- At least 1-2 years' experience in a dealership environment
- A demonstrable passion for the automotive industry and customer service excellence
- Willingness to work 45 hours per week
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities
- Valid driving licence with a good record
