Master Technician Vacancy - Luton Main Dealer
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
  • 1-in-3 Saturdays, 8:00am - 1:00pm
  • EV, Hybrid, MOT and Diagnostic Training 
A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced Master Technician to join a successful Main Dealer in Luton.

The position offers a competitive salary package, ongoing training, and excellent long-term career prospects within a supportive workshop environment.

The successful Master Technician will be responsible for carrying out complex diagnostics, electrical and mechanical repairs, and ensuring work is completed to manufacturer standards. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair a variety of vehicle faults accurately and efficiently.
  • Complete all work in line with manufacturer and dealership standards.
  • Support colleagues with technical advice and mentoring when required.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay current with new technology and repair methods.
Requirements:
  • Level 3 Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair qualification (or equivalent).
  • Franchise Diagnostic or Master Technician accreditation
  • Strong technical and diagnostic skills across a range of vehicle systems.
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
