Master Technician Needed in Manchester:
  • Working Hours: Monday – Friday + 1-in-4 Saturday mornings on rota 
  • Salary: £39,000-£42,000 basic + OTE up to £46,600 (Uncapped Bonus + 3 month bonus guarantee)
Our client, a well-established automotive group, is seeking an experienced Master Technician to join their team.

Key Responsibilities for a Master Technician:
  • Carry out servicing, diagnostics, and complex vehicle repairs to the highest standards
  • Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and Workshop Control
  • Provide expert technical advice and opinions to customers when required
  • Maintain thorough and up-to-date technical knowledge of the product range
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to encourage loyalty and repeat business
What We’re Looking For in a Master Technician:
  • City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 in Motor Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
  • Accredited Master Technician (any manufacturer/brand) OR Master Technician Status 
  • Previous experience as a Technical Expert / Co-Tech (Renault, Nissan or Dacia desirable)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Fully equipped with own tools and protective footwear
  • Full UK driving licence
