- SALARY: Up to £45,000 per annum pending experience.
 - HOURS: 43.75 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:30pm with 1 in 4 Saturdays, 8:30am to 1:30pm.

Reporting to the Group Aftersales Leader and working with a large team, as a Workshop Manager your key responsibilities will include:
- Proactively plan and manage workshop diaries to maximise efficiency and output.
 - Drive full utilisation of EDynamix and other digital tools to enhance productivity.
 - Take full ownership of timely and parts ordering, ensuring returns are processed efficiently.
 - Oversee job card management, prioritising sold vehicles while effectively coordinating all scheduled service and repair work.
 - Ensure job card write-ups are accurate and compliant, with timely submission of warranty claims through appropriate systems.
 - Work closely and effectively with the front-of-house team and other third parties to arrange seamless bookings or services as required.
 - Monitor and manage WIP (Work In Progress) daily and keep systems updated.
 - Maintain accurate stock control of workshop consumables.
 - Uphold and enforce workshop health and safety standards across the workshop at all times.
