- Working Hours: Monday – Thursday, 5:30pm – 4:30am (42 hours per week)
- Salary: £34,000 basic + £3,000 Productivity Bonus + uncapped Time Saved Bonus Scheme (OTE up to £41,230) + shift allowance
Key Responsibilities for a Night Shift Technician:
- Carry out vehicle health checks using the latest diagnostic technology
- Conduct vehicle servicing in line with manufacturer guidelines and customer requests
- Complete additional repairs once authorised by the customer
- Perform warranty repairs to manufacturer standards with accurate documentation
- Undertake road tests to confirm repairs and ensure vehicles meet quality standards
- Complete all service and repair paperwork to a high standard
- Minimum NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
- Previous experience within the motor industry (dealer or independent)
- Desirable: brand training, Diagnostic, MOT, or EV experience (training provided)
- Self-motivated with a strong eye for detail and commitment to high standards
- Full and valid UK driving licence essential
- Ongoing manufacturer-accredited and EV training to support career progression
