- Salary: £36,000 basic | £42,000 OTE

As the Centre Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the workshop and front-of-house team. You will lead by example, ensuring high standards of customer care, efficiency, and safety, while achieving sales and performance targets.
Key responsibilities as a Centre Manager include:
- Leading, motivating, and supporting a team of technicians and service staff.
- Managing workshop productivity and ensuring high-quality workmanship.
- Overseeing customer service delivery, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied.
- Achieving sales, profit, and KPI targets through effective business management.
- Maintaining health and safety compliance and operational excellence across the site.
- Proven experience in a fast fit, service, or automotive repair management role.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Sound technical understanding of vehicle repair and maintenance.
- Proactive, customer-focused approach with strong commercial awareness.
- Competitive basic salary of £36,000 plus an OTE of £42,000.
