As a Parts Advisor, you will be the go-to professional for all parts-related enquiries, ensuring seamless service delivery and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers alike. Your role is crucial in keeping operations running smoothly and supporting the team with your in-depth product knowledge and commitment to excellence.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience as a Parts Advisor or in a similar automotive parts role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
- Good knowledge of parts inventory management systems
- Familiarity with specific vehicle brands or parts catalogues
- Previous experience in a fast-paced retail or workshop environment
- Basic understanding of automotive repair processes
- Previous relevant experience in parts advisory or automotive retail
- Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories
- Experience working with inventory management software
- Availability to work Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm
- Saturday mornings on a 1 in 2 basis
- Valid driving licence and willingness to handle some stock organisation as needed
