- Maintain a professional relationship with customers and convey technical information clearly
- Level 3 Motor Vehicle Repair qualification or equivalent (essential)
- Proven experience as a Technician, preferably in a main dealer or similar environment
- Strong diagnostic skills with familiarity using manufacturer diagnostic tools
- Full UK driving licence with clean record (essential)
- Ability to work independently, demonstrating professionalism and excellent communication skills
- Reside within Essex or surrounding areas
