- Perform diagnostics, servicing, and repairs across a wide range of German brands, including high-performance models
- Take a lead role in advanced diagnostics, using state-of-the-art equipment such as Autologic, ISTA, and Hunter wheel aligners
- Work on both modern and classic German vehicles, ensuring the highest standards of workmanship
- Carry out MOT tests (training provided if necessary)
- Maintain detailed records of all work carried out and ensure excellent customer service
- Assist in developing the workshop’s reputation for quality and reliability
- Significant experience working as a Vehicle Technician specialising in German brands at a senior level
- Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Motor Vehicle Engineering
- Proven diagnostic skills with modern electronic systems and specialist OEM diagnostic tools
- Experience with high-end and performance vehicles is highly desirable
- MOT testing qualification (training can be provided if needed)
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellence in every job
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Willingness to work on a variety of models, including classics and modern vehicles
