- Salary: Up to £32,000 (depending on experience)
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 08:30–17:30 (early finish on Fridays)

As a Service Advisor, you will be the key point of contact for customers. You’ll manage MOT and service bookings, liaise with the workshop team and ensure customers receive a smooth, friendly and professional experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities as a Service Advisor:
- Greeting customers and managing bookings for MOTs, servicing and repairs
- Preparing accurate job cards, estimates and invoices
- Communicating with technicians and updating customers throughout the day
- Advising on additional work where appropriate
- Providing excellent customer service and maintaining high satisfaction levels
- Supporting general front-of-house duties such as parts ordering and enquiries
- Experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role
- Good understanding of servicing, repair and MOT processes
- Strong communication skills — friendly, clear and professional
- Confident using garage management systems and basic IT
- Organised, reliable and able to manage a busy workload
- Customer-focused with great attention to detail
- Salary up to £32,000 depending on experience
- Monday–Friday only (no weekend work)
- Early finish every Friday
- Closed for all bank holidays and over the Christmas period
