Reporting to the Centre Manager, and responsible for a team of 15 productives, as Workshop Controller, you will play a key responsibility in planning and organising workflows to ensure maximum utilisation and efficiency of production teams. Working closely with vehicle damage assessment and parts teams, you will strive for customer excellence and strong financial performance.
In order to be eligible, you will be a highly organised individual with a detailed understanding of vehicle repair methods and with a proven track record of running bodyshop production teams. You will adopt a collaborative approach with a ‘right-first-time’ focus on repair quality. Your ability to plan and organise workflows will have played a key role in your career development. You will be seeking a position where you can make a difference, constantly learn new things and be at the forefront of technology. Previous hands-on technical experience and qualifications are essential.
