- Working Hours: Flexible shifts, including 1 in 2 Saturday mornings (8:00am–12:00pm)
- Salary: £30,000 basic + OTE £35,000
Key Responsibilities for a SMART Repair Technician:
- Carry out a range of SMART repairs to a high standard
- Specialise in alloy wheel refurbishment and cosmetic repairs
- Work within set timescales while maintaining exceptional quality
- Support the introduction of new repair methods and efficient processes
- Communicate clearly with colleagues and customers to ensure accurate repair understanding
- Proven experience as a SMART Repair Technician, with strong alloy wheel repair skills
- Previous bodyshop experience is advantageous
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Confident using a variety of tools and equipment
- Full UK driving licence
- 28 days’ holiday
