We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Aftersales Manager to join our client's busy dealership in Blackpool. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled automotive professional to lead a dedicated team within a reputable multi-franchise dealership. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional aftersales service, driving profitability, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

Duties of the Aftersales Manager:
  • Oversee and manage the aftersales departments including service, parts, and technician teams
  • Lead, motivate, and develop staff to achieve departmental goals
  • Monitor and improve departmental performance and profitability
  • Control costs in accordance with dealership budgets and targets
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handle any customer concerns professionally
  • Achieve and maintain manufacturer standards and dealership targets
  • Ensure all processes, procedures, and health and safety requirements are strictly followed
  • Maintain a safe working environment for staff
Requirements needed for the Aftersales Manager role:
  • Proven experience as an automotive Aftersales Manager within a franchised dealership
  • Ideally experienced with main dealer franchises
  • Knowledge of RTC systems is advantageous
  • Hands-on management style with a focus on team development
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional attitude with impeccable manners
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in aftersales management
