Office Administrator Needed in Manchester
  • Location: Manchester
  • Working Hours: 40-hour week
  • Salary: Up to £25,000
We’re recruiting on behalf of one of the UK’s leading commercial vehicle businesses, now looking for a skilled Office Administrator to strengthen their team. Our client is happy to look at junior level candidates/school leavers.

Key Responsibilities for Office Administrator:
  • Assisting with general office administration and filing
  • Managing incoming calls and emails professionally
  • Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records
  • Supporting the wider team with daily administrative tasks
  • Handling queries and providing excellent customer service
What We’re Looking For in an Office Administrator:
  • Strong organisational and administrative capability
  • Previous office experience is beneficial but not essential
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Reliable, professional, and confident communicating with colleagues and customers
