- Building strong customer relationships through exceptional care and rapport
- Recommending tailored service packages, warranties, and upgrades that meet customer needs.
- Accurately completing all documentation and ensuring compliance standards are met
- Maintaining a polished and professional approach at all times
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor or similar position, within a main dealership or automotive environment.
- Full UK driving licence with a clean record
- Strong customer service skills, with a focus on creating positive and memorable experiences
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- A professional approach with attention to detail and compliance
