Our client is a well-known automotive business which is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join its team in Huddersfield. This is a stable site with a lot of repeat customers and is a Monday - Friday only position.
What’s in it for you as a Service Advisor?
- Basic Salary of up to £32,000 depending on experience
- Monday - Friday 8:30-5:30

- Qualify service needs and diagnose vehicle running problems where appropriate
- Establish understanding and an agreement with the customer of the work to be carried out
- Explain the work carried out on vehicle ensuring customers full understanding and authorisation
- Understand and adhere to manufacturer service requirements.
- Maintain relevant systems ensuring accuracy at all times
- Have a good attitude to work at all times
- Strong organisational skills
- Experience within the automotive sector
- Strong customer service skills
- An understanding of vehicles and common issues
