- Acting as the main point of contact for customers post-sale, handling inquiries via phone, email, and written correspondence
- Managing and resolving a wide range of post-sale issues, including warranties and service plans
- Liaising with dealerships to investigate and resolve reported problems
- Communicating clearly and professionally with all parties regarding case progress and outcomes
- Reviewing diagnostic reports and discussing technical issues confidently with technicians and service advisors
- Applying mechanical knowledge to assess faults and identify signs of wear, misuse, or age-related deterioration
- Maintaining accurate case notes and decision records
- Supporting the customer journey in collaboration with sales teams and providing feedback to enhance aftersales processes
- Escalating unresolved cases to the appropriate departments following company procedures
- Proven experience in automotive aftersales or a dealer-facing role preferred but not essential.
- Good mechanical understanding of vehicles
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to challenge and negotiate confidently with customers and dealers
- Organised with excellent attention to detail
