  • Basic: £28,000
  • OTE: £32,000
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm | 1 in 2 Saturdays 8:30am – 12:30pm
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor to join a busy, well-established main dealer in Derby. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced motor trade environment and wants to be part of a professional, supportive team.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Acting as the main point of contact for service customers
  • Booking vehicles in for service, maintenance, and repair
  • Providing clear updates and managing customer expectations
  • Upselling service plans and additional work where appropriate
  • Liaising with workshop technicians to ensure smooth workflow
What we’re looking for:
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the motor trade (preferred)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Confident using dealer management systems
  • Organised, professional, and able to work under pressure
  • A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
