Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and engage customers professionally throughout their visit
- Keep customers updated on the progress of their vehicle repairs
- Schedule vehicle appointments efficiently and manage workshop workflow
- Conduct pre-appointment calls to confirm bookings and address customer queries
- Promote additional services and repairs recommended by technicians
- Maintain accurate customer records and update systems
- Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues, providing a trusted service experience
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach
- Previous experience in a service advisor or customer-facing automotive position
- Ability to identify customer needs and upsell where appropriate
- Strong time management and ability to work under pressure
- Experience in a target-driven environment is advantageous
- Full UK driving licence
- 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays)
