Key Duties of the Parts Advisor:
  • Managing commercial parts sales and providing exceptional customer service
  • Handling parts orders efficiently and ensuring timely delivery
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with trade and retail customers
  • Supporting workshop and service departments with accurate parts supply
  • Using Keyloop/ADP systems to process transactions and maintain records
  • Overseeing stock control, inventory management, and data accuracy
  • Maintaining comprehensive product knowledge and awareness of industry trends
  • Ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction and professionalism
Requirements of the Parts Advisor:
  • Proven experience as a Commercial Parts Advisor, Parts Advisor, or similar role within the motor trade
  • Experience with Keyloop/ADP or comparable parts management systems
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Customer-focused with a professional approach
  • Ability to source, order, and manage stock effectively
  • Excellent computer literacy and data entry skills
  • Valid driving licence
