  • Salary: £20,000 basic salary with £50,750+ uncapped annual earnings and company car. 
  • Hours: Monday to Saturday with a day off in the week and 1 in 2 Sundays. You shall also receive 1 in 5 weekends off.

Due to business expansion, a not-to-miss opportunity has become available for a New/Used Car Sales Executive at our client's franchise-approved car dealership in Gloucester.

Reporting to the Sales Manager and working with a close-knit sales team, you will be required to sell new and used cars, add-ons and accessories, finance and insurance products and warranties to reach and exceed targets. You will be required to keep customers informed of delivery progress and advise customers of any delays that may occur. You will be required to resolve any queries which may arise and collect payment from customers before releasing the vehicle. You must explain warranty, service arrangements, introduce the customer to the Service Department where possible and demonstrate the features of the car and offer any other support that may be required.

To succeed in this role, you will ideally have strong and successful new/used car sales experience (preferably within a franchise-approved car dealer environment). Overall, you will need to have a desire to produce results, a commitment to excellence, be able to build outstanding customer relationships, and have a genuine passion to work for the company. You will need to be brand-focused, capable of working independently and have the energy and commitment to seek every sales opportunity. A UK driving license with minimal points is essential.

  • Starting basic salary of £20,000 per annum, pending experience.
  • Performance-related commission earned providing an uncapped on-target earnings of £50,750+ per annum.
  • Annual over-performance bonus between £2,500-5,000.

  • 30 days annual leave (any bank holidays worked, you gain a day off in lieu to compensate for it), with your holiday allowance increasing over the length of service and a day off for your birthday.
