We are currently assisting a reputable accident repair centre in Glasgow to find a talented MET Technician to join their team. This role offers the chance to work in a facility full of the latest equipment, supporting a busy workshop dedicated to delivering high-quality vehicle repairs.

Duties of a MET Technician:
  • Conducting mechanical, electrical, and trim repairs on a variety of vehicle makes and models
  • Diagnosing faults and implementing efficient repair strategies
  • Using modern tools and equipment to complete repairs to the highest standards
  • Ensuring repair work is completed on time and within quality guidelines
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of repair work and parts used
  • Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times
Requirements of the MET Technician:
  • Proven experience as a MET Technician or in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of vehicle mechanical and electrical systems
  • Ability to work efficiently within a busy repair environment
  • Attention to detail with a focus on quality
  • Qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 or equivalent are advantageous
  • Familiarity with manufacturer procedures and accreditation is desirable
  • A motivated team player who is committed to delivering excellent customer service
