Duties of the Vehicle Technician include:
- Servicing and maintaining a variety of vehicle makes and models
- Conducting diagnostics and fault finding
- Repairing and replacing components as needed
- Ensuring work is completed to a high standard with attention to detail
- Keeping accurate service and repair records
- Supporting team operations and mentoring apprentices when necessary
Candidate requirements for the Vehicle Technician role:
- Proven workshop experience as a Vehicle Technician
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong technical skills with a willingness to learn and adapt
- No specific formal qualifications required, just extensive experience
- A good work ethic and commitment to quality workmanship
- Full driving licence preferred but not essential
