  • Working Hours: 42.5 Hours per Week
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Business Manager to join a high-performing team at a successful Used Car Supermarket in Hinckley.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in F&I and a passion for providing tailored finance solutions to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support customers throughout the sales process with finance options and funding solutions.
  • Manage a steady pipeline of finance leads and work closely with the sales team to convert opportunities.
  • Advise on relevant finance products in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Play a key role in driving finance performance across the dealership.
  • Act as the go-to point of contact for all F&I queries and processes.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience in motor finance or a similar regulated sales role.
  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding F&I targets.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • A professional, consultative phone manner and ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Business Manager or Sales Manager experience would be a strong advantage.
  • Solid knowledge of financial products and FCA regulations.
