Our client is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join their team as a Trainee VDA / Estimator. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for someone with some bodyshop experience or a background as a Parts Advisor to develop their skills within the automotive industry. Benefits of the Trainee VDA / Estimator role include:
  • £30,000 Basic Salary Negotiable On Experience + Bonus
  • Monday To Friday Working Hours 
  • Accident Repair Bodyshop Environment 
  • Previous Bodyshop Experience Advantageous 
Key duties of the Trainee VDA / Estimator include:
  • Assisting with vehicle estimates and repairs
  • Supporting the VDA team with vehicle check-ins and check-outs
  • Gaining exposure to parts ordering and vehicle auditing processes
  • Learning and developing skills to progress within the VDA / Estimator role
  • Contributing to the efficient operation of the workshop
Requirements for the Trainee VDA / Estimator position:
  • Ideally some experience in a bodyshop environment
  • Enthusiastic and eager to learn new skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Previous experience as a MET Technician, VDA, or Parts Advisor is advantageous
