  • Up to £60,000 basic salary, pending experience, with an on-target earnings of £78,000 per annum, plus an overachievement bonus on top of this!
  • Monday to Friday 7:30am to 5:00pm (42.5-hour working week)

A rare and not-to-miss opportunity has become available for an experienced and professional Bodyshop Manager to manage our client's large automotive accident repair centre in Cardiff.

Reporting directly to directors, you will have overall accountability for the body shop, which includes up to 30 members of staff, comprising 16 productive staff and 14 non-productive staff. Ultimately, you are going to be responsible for ensuring the efficient and profitable operation of the bodyshop. Your prior experience in doing this will mean you have a strict process for managing and developing all areas of the business, and be able to further enhance an already successful operation.

To be eligible, you will need to have a strong background as an Automotive Accident Repair Centre Manager/Bodyshop Manager. You will be responsible for the training and development of a large team, so good leadership skills and self-motivation are essential. Our client specified that a methodical approach to work will also be required. A UK driving license with minimal points is also essential.

  • Starting basic salary up to £60,000 per annum, pending experience.
  • Access to a net-profit shared bonus providing up to £18,000 in bonuses per annum based on target achievement.
