- Carry out comprehensive vehicle servicing and maintenance tasks, including fluid changes and component replacements
- Perform diagnostic assessments and warranty repairs efficiently and accurately
- Complete digital job cards and detailed write-ups for all work undertaken
- Conduct electronic vehicle health checks (eVHCs) to ensure vehicle safety and reliability
- Adhere to safety standards and manufacturer procedures during all tasks
- Maintain a tidy, safe, and organised workshop environment
- Support team members and uphold high standards of quality and customer service
- Recognised Level 3 qualification (such as IMI, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
- Proven experience as a Service Technician or Mechanic, with exposure to warranty work and routine servicing
- Strong diagnostic skills and knowledge of vehicle systems
- MOT licence is highly desirable; full training can be provided if not currently qualified
