Duties of the MET Technician role include:
  • Carrying out comprehensive mechanical and electrical repairs
  • Diagnosing and rectifying fault codes with accuracy
  • Assisting with vehicle inspections and quality checks
  • Working alongside team members to complete repairs efficiently
  • Maintaining high standards of work and customer service
Candidate spec for the MET Technician role:
  • Proven experience as a MET Technician or Auto Electrician
  • Qualification in MET or automotive electrical systems
  • Strong diagnostic skills and ability to read wiring diagrams
  • Previous workshop experience in a busy environment
  • Good organisational and communication skills
