- Carry out diagnostic, repair, and servicing work to manufacturer standards
- Conduct EV repairs and hydraulic work (if qualified) efficiently and safely
- Use advanced diagnostic tools and software to identify complex faults
- Ensure all work is completed to high standards of quality and safety
- Assist and mentor apprentice technicians to support their development
- Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
- Recognised Diagnostic qualification (desirable but not essential)
- Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic is advantageous
- Strong teamwork skills with attention to detail and safety procedures
- Desire to develop your skills further with manufacturer-led training, particularly in EV technology
