As a Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-notch service and repairs to a diverse range of vehicles. You will be responsible for performing PPI and service work, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standards. This position offers the chance to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, whether it's a fast fit, independent, or main dealer setup.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vehicle Servicing and Repairs: Carry out Level 3 service work, including routine maintenance, PPI, and repairs on a variety of vehicles.
- Diagnostic Work: Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and address issues efficiently.
- Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear explanations and recommendations.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all work is performed to the highest quality and safety standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the team to ensure smooth workflow in the three-bay facility.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all service and repair work.
- Experience: Previous experience as a Service Technician, preferably with Level 3 qualification.
- Skills: Proficient in using diagnostic equipment and tools, with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Customer Focus: Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
