Night Shift HGV Technician needed in Nottingham
  • Basic: £47,000 DOE
  • OTE: £52,000+
  • Monday to Thursday: 8:00pm - 6:00am
  • Overtime at x1.5
We are recruiting for an experienced Night Shift HGV Technician to join a busy commercial vehicle workshop in Nottingham. This is a great opportunity to work a four-night week with strong earning potential, manufacturer training, and long-term career prospects within a premium heavy vehicle environment.

What you’ll be doing as a HGV Technician:
  • Carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs on HGVs and trailers
  • Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults using diagnostic equipment
  • Working to UK legislation and manufacturer standards
  • Completing accurate job cards and compliance paperwork
  • Maintaining a clean, safe and organised workshop environment
What we’re looking for:
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as an HGV Technician or similar
  • NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent qualification
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in a commercial vehicle or transferable environment
  • Professional, dependable and team-focused attitude
  • HGV licence desirable but not essential
