An exciting opportunity has arisen for experienced Vehicle Technicians and MOT Tester to join a family-owned, motor group with an outstanding reputation for delivering five-star customer service. - Salary: circa £35,000 basic salary
- OTE: £44,000 (40 hrs per week) + overtime
- Hours: Monday – Friday, with Saturday mornings on rota
- Road test vehicles and diagnose faults as required
- Carry out inspections, servicing, maintenance, and repairs in line with manufacturer standards
- Perform MOT tests in accordance with current regulations and complete annual accreditation training
- Ensure all work is completed within agreed timeframes, maintaining productivity and quality
- Accurately complete all documentation and job cards
- Work closely with the service reception and parts teams to ensure excellent customer experience
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe work environment
- Formal qualification in Motor Vehicle Maintenance (NVQ / City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent)
- Current MOT Testing Licence
- Full UK driving licence (clean)
- Strong technical skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
