Vehicle Technician Vacancy - Milton Keynes Fleet Company 
  • Position: Vehicle Technician
  • Location: Milton Keynes 
  • Basic Salary: Circa £40,000 + Bonus
  • OTE: £44,000
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:30pm
  • No Weekends 
Our client is a well-established and growing fleet maintenance company based in Milton Keynes. They specialise in maintaining vehicles for utility providers, flexible hire companies and leasing businesses, working predominantly on high-quality vans ranging from brand new up to 5 years old.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a professional, well-equipped workshop offering a strong basic salary, bonus potential and a genuine Monday–Friday work-life balance.

Responsibilities as the new Vehicle Technician:
  • Carrying out routine servicing, maintenance and mechanical repairs on a range of light commercial vehicles and cars 
  • Diagnosing faults using modern diagnostic equipment
  • Completing inspections to DVSA and manufacturer standards
  • Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed time frames
  • Working collaboratively within a skilled team of technicians and fleet professionals
  • Adhering to all health & safety procedures and workshop best practice
Key Requirements needed for this Vehicle Technician role:
  • Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
  • Consideration given to time-served technicians with strong practical experience
  • Experience working on LCVs or fleet vehicles preferred
  • MOT licence not essential but a significant advantage
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • A commitment to high-quality workmanship and efficiency
