We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Advisorto join a well-established and newly expanding Independent Garage in Sidmouth!

Our client has built a industry leading reputation for their commitment to customer service, employee development, and creating a great working environment. They are now looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is eager to learn and grow into a key role within their aftersales support team.

Key Responsibilities of a Service Advisor
  • Provide exceptional customer service both in-person and via phone
  • Assist with the coordination of vehicle servicing and repairs
  • Communicate with customers about vehicle updates, repairs, and additional work required
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries and manage call-backs
  • Assist with parts ordering, vehicle check-out preparation, and customer follow-up
  • Support the team with complaint resolution and administrative tasks
Requirements for this Service Advisor role:
