As a Commercial Service Advisor, you will be the key point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth service operations and delivering outstanding customer service.

- Greet customers at the workshop reception and identify their service needs
- Book and schedule vehicle services and repairs efficiently
- Provide expert advice on vehicle servicing and repairs, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Manage job progress and communicate updates to customers promptly
- Upsell and promote additional services and maintenance to maximise workshop productivity
- Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in accordance with company standards
- Maintain excellent customer service standards at all times
- Use Keyloop, ADP, or Kerridge systems to record and manage workshop bookings and customer information
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor, ideally within the automotive sector
- Strong knowledge of Keyloop, ADP, Kerridge, or similar dealership management systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment
- Organised, attentive to detail, and client-focused
- Full UK driving licence
