Are you an experienced manager within the automotive aftermarket or related industry?

Our client, a leading nationwide specialist in vehicle trailers and towbar products, is seeking to recruit a skilled and proactive Branch Sales Manager to lead their Cardiff branch. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional to oversee daily operations, motivate the team, and deliver outstanding customer service.

Key Benefits Include:
  • Competitive starting salary of up to £32,000 per annum plus a performance-based bonus of up to £560 per month.
  • Overtime paid at standard rate, subject to availability.

  • Monday to Friday working hours, no weekend work required.
Key Duties Include:
  • Managing daily branch operations and leading sales and workshop teams.
  • Driving sales growth and profit margins while adhering to company policies.
  • Developing and maintaining customer relationships through business visits and active product promotion.
  • Overseeing stock levels, inventory management, and stocktaking within budget.
  • Ensuring the branch is well-presented with attractive product displays and marketing materials.
  • Maintaining accurate customer records, sales leads, and follow-ups.
  • Handling recruitment, disciplinary procedures, and staff attendance.
  • Operating equipment such as counterbalance forklifts.
  • Performing additional duties as required to support branch operations.
Key Requirements Include:
  • Living within a reasonable commuting distance of Cardiff.
  • Ideally holding a UK driving licence with minimal points.
  • Experience in vehicle aftermarket management or senior sales roles within the automotive industry is highly advantageous.
  • Strong customer service skills, team-oriented mindset, and organised work approach.
  • Focus on driving revenue growth and maintaining high standards of service.
