About the Role: As a Vehicle Technician, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Conducting advanced vehicle diagnostics and complex repairs to the highest standards.
  • Ensuring accurate and efficient first-time fixes using your expert problem-solving skills.
  • Performing thorough inspections, identifying faults, and advising on necessary repairs or recommendations.
  • Collaborating with the service team to maintain exceptional customer satisfaction and workshop efficiency.
  • Mentoring junior technicians, sharing your expertise to support team development.
About You: To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

  • To be a fully qualified Vehicle Technician, ideally to City and Guilds / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, with significant experience in vehicle mechanics and repair
  • Proven expertise in a main franchised dealership setting, handling complex diagnostic and repair tasks.
  • A strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
  • A passion for problem-solving and keeping up with the latest automotive technologies.
  • To reside within the Farnham, Surrey area or have reliable transport to commute to our clients workshop
