Service Advisor / Controller Required for Automotive Fleet Company in Farnham, Surrey
  • Hours; 7.30 - 5.30pm Monday - Friday 
  • Pay: Up to £35,000 Basic DOE

Duties as the new Service Advisor will involve:
  • Delivering exceptional customer service at the front of house as a Service Advisor

  • Assisting with additional sales opportunities and service upselling
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction throughout their visit

  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor or Service Administrator in the automotive industry
  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to work effectively within a team
