Monday to Friday 42.5 hours per week, Saturdays on a rota @ overtime rate
Pay: £38.7k Basic + £44.7k OTE

Duties of the LCV Technician / Mechanic position include:

  • Diagnosing electrical and mechanical systems on light commercial vehicles with manufacturer diagnostic tools
  • Performing routine maintenance, repairs, and part replacements
  • Carrying out preventive maintenance including MOT preparation
  • Working on a variety of vehicle makes and models within a fast-paced workshop environment
  • Ensuring all work is completed to manufacturer standards and customer expectations
  • Collaborating with team members to deliver excellent customer service and high-quality technical work
Candidate requirements for the LCV Technician / Mechanic role:

  • Relevant qualifications in vehicle maintenance or time-served experience as an LCV Technician / Mechanic
  • Full UK driving licence is essential
  • Strong diagnostic skills and familiarity with manufacturer diagnostic equipment
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
  • Customer-focused attitude with excellent communication skills
  • Reliable, hardworking, and committed to delivering high standards
