Our client based in Rochford, Essex, is currently seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join their busy dealership team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional to work in a well-established environment with excellent earning potential.

Duties of the Service Advisor:
  • Welcoming customers and assessing their vehicle service needs
  • Providing accurate information on service procedures and costs

  • Managing service bookings and maintaining customer records
  • Upselling appropriate products and services where appropriate
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service delivery
Candidate requirements for the Service Advisor role:
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar automotive service environment
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
  • Knowledge of automotive systems and service procedures
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Professional attitude and strong organisational skills
